Executive coaching is a huge part of reaching personal goals for corporate executives.I work with clients who want more from life and need an executive coach to get them there. Although I do lots of work in Toronto, with the help of technology I have coached people around the world and have helped clients setting and moving forward with personal and professional goals. Some know exactly what they desire, whether it’s writing a book, shifting careers, becoming a better leader or growing their business. Other people might have the house, the spouse, the kids or the job, yet still they’re unsatisfied or uninspired. I help these people reconnect with their core values — what’s personally meaningful and important — so they can find fulfillment by aligning their life with who they are and what they want.

My training as a coach helps me support people to get from where they are to where they want to be. That doesn’t mean I teach people how to write the first chapter of that book, but it does mean they get results. I ask powerful questions, listen deeply with both my ears and my intuition, and help pinpoint obstacles to inspire and motivate individuals and executives to find solutions using their own innate creativity and resourcefulness.

I bring more to coaching than experience, certification and communication (though I’ve got those too!). I bring a genuine passion for connecting with people and helping them listen to their inner voice. My frankness, openness and honesty helps put people at ease so they feel comfortable and confident with my support as they take action to shape the life they dream of.

” A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be. ” – Tom Landry

I work with leaders to be better coaches and employees to be better communicators by creating active sessions customized on specific Intentional Communication and Leadership behaviors through real play, digging deep exercises, assessments and on-the-spot coaching.
